Reporting to Senior Director LATAM | Team: 5 direct.- I restructured the Brazil and Argentina team (10 FTEs) to provide strategic service by category, considering individual backgrounds and expectations, knowledge of the specific category and relationships with internal clients.- I supported effective management of P&L, Spend, Savings and Cost Avoidance with monthly monitoring.- I led the renewal of major contracts with suppliers such as Bradesco, Sodexo, Itaú, Unimed, SAP, Dell, Cisco, Oracle, IBM, Tivit, etc.- I personally negotiated the first regional contract with Cisco, with a 75% discount on the list price.- I negotiated trading contracts for two tools directly with the US team and suppliers there.- I implemented the strategic demand management system using ServiceNow as a global tool. This generated a 30% increase in efficiency, as well as documenting and centralizing demands, generating data for executive reports and dashboards.- I led the implementation of the supplier evaluation tool for South America, which had previously been done manually. This SaaS tool makes it possible to evaluate the score of the main suppliers, assessed not only from the perspective of quality in delivery, but also in the ESG field.

Clients: Unilever, Naturgy, Telefônica Vivo, Intermédica, CMOC, Rede Record, Toyota, FIS and Bombardier.- I led the renegotiation of Telefónica Vivo's mainframe support contract, reporting directly to the CTO and CFO in Madrid.- I was the main point in responding to the RFP for the creation of Telefônica's Center of Excellence with the creation of a data lake with machine learning to increase the efficiency and quality of support for Telefônica Vivo's internal customers using only open code tools.- I led the global RFP for the implementation of 5G technology for Telefônica Vivo.- I represented IBM at the 2020 SAP Forum with the case of the first client migrated to S4/HANA (CMOC).- I negotiated the modernization of Toyota's traditional outsourcing contract to the cloud computing model.

Reporting to the LATAM Projects Director (Mexico) and dot line to the Country Manager.- I was manager of the LATAM project management pre-sales team.- I was responsible for revenue recognition in the professional services area, supporting internal product managers and the sales team in leveraging opportunities with enterprise clients.- I have mediated the delivery of large, complex projects with private and public sector clients.- I was an ambassador for new technologies, bringing innovation to customers and supporting the sales team in forecasting new accounts.- I acted as the focal point for dealing with escalations between the support team and enterprise clients, reporting to the client's CTO or CIO.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Professional Services.- I recruited and selected the professional services team. I implemented cloud computing projects on VMware platforms for clients: Petrobras, SEFAZ, TRJSP, Tecban, ITAU, Bradesco, Santander, SABESP, Odebrecht, ITAIPU, Porto Seguro, Sicredi, Lojas Renner and Boticário. - I was responsible for the VMware Dell alliance channel in the merger between 2016 and 2019.

- I was responsible for the global account for TSYS, the owner of the credit authorization system for Carrefour and Banco Carrefour, a contract with revenues of more than 4M/month, with a team of ~40 people to deliver the entire scope.- I led the renegotiation of the contract, including a technology refresh and simplification of the architecture. - I took over the Cielo account, acting as P&L leader to support the Delivery team (30 FTEs) and generating new service sales.
