I am in my fourth year of studying Mechanical Engineering in the TTU Whitacre College of Engineering, where I am enjoying learning about analysis of thermodynamic systems and energetic systems design. I aspire to work with propulsion and/or explosive systems, which I am gaining hands-on experience in clubs and extracurricular activities such as the TTU Raider Aerospace Society. I envision myself working for a safe, efficient, and global engineering team in the future; I care deeply about national, international, and environmental security and believe that engineers have an important role to play in a rapidly changing global society. I am a recipient of the TTU presidential merit scholarship and president's list award. I am also a member of the Brothers Under Christ social fraternity and the Engineering Ambassadors at Texas tech, and in my free time I enjoy playing strategy games, camping trips, and cooking.
