CurrentClinical Rotations 400+ hoursNumber of Clinic Rotations: 6Types of Clinical Experience: Fundamentals, Medical Surgery, Psychiatric Care, School Nursing, Maternity, and Traveling Nurse.Each clinic rotation allowed me to experience nursing care in a variety of settings, During the medical surgical rotation, I had two different days in ICU with an elderly patient that had post operative complications from a bronchoscopy and another patient that had complications from a seizure disorder.Also in clinic rotations I provided direct care, treatment and clinical documentation for patients on medical surgical, mental health, cardiac, community, pediatrics and maternity. Performed medication administration, dressing changes, IVs and routine assessments for nursing care. Facilitated admissions, discharges and transfers. Prepared chart notes, other documentation, and participated on interdisciplinary team.All nursing care was under the supervision of an RN.
