Multi-site responsibility, for a 38-acre campus, with two manufacturing disciplines managing two budgets. Both disciplines are 24/7/365 and encamps 200+ operational employees. Total site has 260 direct and indirect employees. Reporting directly are the Assistant Plant Manager, Maintenance Manager, Manufacturing Excellence Manager, Quality Manager, Materials Manager, Compound Manager, Reliability Engineer and Operational Training Manager. Managing 100MM+ pounds of PVC throughput annually, in IPEX’s largest extrusion manufacturing site while maintaining one of IPEX's lowest scrap generation sites of 3%. In consecutive years the Asheville site has been recognized internally as a Plantinum 6 Star Plant in 2022 and a Gold 5 Star Plant in 2023.Responsible for the oversight of a $25MM expansion project and a CAPEX Budget of $5+MM annually.

Multi-site responsibility, managing two separate P&L's and all plant operations. Both sites operate on a 24/5 schedule and work weekends as needed. Directing a team comprised of a HR Manger, Supply Chain Manager, Quality Control Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, Shift Production Supervisors, EH&S Coordinator. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations.Site #1, 65 employees, is a sheet and roll stock plastic extrusion plant primarily servicing the general industry, aerospace, transportation, medical and signage markets. Site #2, 12 employees, handles specialty acrylic sheet servicing the aerospace, medical, food grade and bullet resistant markets.

Responsible for all plant operations. Managing a 24/5 operation and a 24/7 operation during peak production times. Directed a manufacturing team comprised of three shift supervisors, three mold setters / process technicians, two maintenance engineers, three quality auditors and 100+ hourly associates. Reported directly to the owner.- Experienced growth from $6.5MM to $13.5MM in sales.- Reduced workers’ compensation injury rate through safety awareness and creating a safety culture allowing the company to return to eligibility status for group classification.- Created and implemented production metrics which measured an increase in production efficiency by 12%.- Decreased the daily tooling changes through proper scheduling, throughput and inventory control. - Managed the quality program reducing customer complaints and lowering the PPM.

Directing a two shift, 60 person team comprised of a graphic arts department, screen printing department, pad printing department, purchasing, maintenance, shipping and receiving.
