I retired as the Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel for a private equity backed software company. Prior to my most recent role, I spent most of my career as an attorney specializing in U.S. and international taxation, advising companies with respect to transaction structuring and global tax planning. I have served as an adjunct professor of international taxation in the Masters of Science of Taxation program at Northeastern University’s D’Amore-McKim School of Business. I am a member of the International Fiscal Association, New England Region Council. I have also served as a member of the Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic Pro Bono Panel for the Harvard Law School, Legal Services Center, Federal Tax Clinic.
