I worked on the optimization of resources and aligned costs according to the strategic goals of the business. Performed the shared management of the platform infrastructure in the AWS cloud. I led the development team made up of professionals allocated in different regions of the country and in Portugal to deliver the project to modernize the portal's technology using agile management methodologies. I played the role of Product Owner (PO) and Quality Assurance (QA) with the team.
