Property Manager
Current- Meet prospective tenants and guide them through tours of the properties.- Follow up on leads for potential renters.- Ensure community facilities are up to standard for residents by performing regular inspections of theproperties.- Oversee and process move ins, move outs, unit turns and unit inspections.- Meet financial objectives by ensuring rent is collected and legal notices are delivered as needed.-Act as the first line of response for tenant questions or issues, including routine and emergencymaintenance repairs.- Monitor and audit resident files, internet listing services, and miscellaneous data related to leasing and management.- Lead, monitor, and motivate team of maintenance and custodial staff.- Train and advise new hires on company procedures, systems, and expectations.- Serve as liaison between landlord and tenant with regard to each party's compliance with provisions ofthe lease.
