TeraQuest is a consulting firm (later part of Borland) that specializes in helping companies improve their software development processes. Co-founders include Bill Curtis and Charles Weber, co-authors of the Capability Maturity Model (CMM).Principal providing testing process consulting for one of TeraQuest’s largest accounts, USAA, a Fortune 500 company. Worked for a year with upper management, line-management and staff of their corporate-wide testing group (approx. 150 testing staff) to assess, improve and document their testing process as part of an aggressive CMM L3 schedule.

A principal in the management of Landmark's software development process; QA Manager as part of Corporate Operations.
