- Digital transformation by introducing paperless concepts and digitizing areas of the Fitness experience. Areas include guest waivers, class registration, member engagement platform and join online.- Backoffice Support Center digital transformation by introducing an electronic form for new hires, job changes, other HR trackable functions such as leave of absence, and onboarding/offboarding of employees.- Integration of a brand engagement platform known as Gold's AMP for digital fitness. Utilizing a third party coach-led platform integrated into our member center and tied into the member's membership services CRM.- Lead multiple gym acquisition projects resulting in the growth from 50 to 154 gyms over the course of several years. Acquisitions include the conversion of member data from source system to Gold's member management platform and integration into supporting systems.- Headed conversion project to migrate gyms from Jonas Fitness platform to Motionsoft consisting of over 150+ gyms and over 500K members. This includes redesigning of over 10 dependent subsystems that had to integrate with the new Motionsoft system and coordinating with a cross functional team made up of multiple business areas.- Architected and established a data warehouse based on Motionsoft data extracts. This warehouse serves for BI and Financial reporting, commissions pay, Medallia survey data, Member Center platform, and Corporate Wellness invoicing/aging reporting.- Managing of vendor relationships and contract negotiations for IT services and other business software needs outside of IT.
