Sales, Customer Service, Accounting, Negotiating with vendors. Monitoring facility with camera systems. Project Management for construction of 4 Lexington Facilities, 3 climate controlled facilities and one outdoor RV/Boat storage facility. December 2023 number 3 in google reviews over 3600+ stores.Setup and start up for 4 facilities in Lexington, KY, including office setup, computer setup and prepping facilities for open. Inventory control of Lexington facility. Troubleshooting computer systems for gates, office computers, and cameras. Creating and implementing security procedures for all four Lexington, KY facilities. Creating marketing materials for 4 Lexington facilities including online photos. Liaison between construction crew and management for completion of 4 Lexington facilities. I am consistently in the top five in sales in my district and my store is consistently leading the district.
