After, we integrated three new partners to strengthen operations and generate synergies.I defined the financial strategy for the first three years, as a bootstrapping entrepreneurship, this strategy implicated a payroll and gross margin definitions for establishing an consulting hour price, esblishing the priority for selling and administrative expenses.I was also in charge of reviewing the execution of financial objectives and the tax strategies according to the country context; in this period, Colombia defined a taxes reforming ever year, so this strategy was defined with an Accounting BPO help.Finally, I returned the operation to strengthing the planning consulting line and stablishing a consulting team with more experience in project execution and I helped the commercial team to define the sales process and implement this on Salesforce Sales.
