As a Planning/Forecast analyst, I manage the stock inventory offered in our Outdoor and Upholstery assortment. My weekly responsibilities include reporting on inventory flows and service, and submitting stock orders to our Vendor partners. At month end, I’m responsible for creating return and service reports. I also report on Outdoor & Upholstery sales and provide forecast changes to inventory flows and future buys. At the end of the year, my responsibilities are: margin, loading cost and retail changes, inventory flows and sales plan for the following year.

As a Product Associate on the Vendor Management team, I was responsible for submitting special order and custom PO's to our Upholstery Vendors on a daily basis. Other responsibilities I owned in this role included the following: date management on open orders, creating articles, answer retail and delivery questions, resolve invoice discrepancies, and analyzing return & part orders to identify company trends.

My responsibilities as lead RTV associate included the following: offload return trailers and inspect furniture returns from out of state delivery centers and stores. Process paper work and communicate with 60 plus Vendors to receive credit memo's on defective goods. Additional responsibilities I owned at the end of the month included: inventory cycle counts, identifying return trends for our Vendor Management team, and partnering with finance to resolve payment discrepancies on return orders I processed.

Responsibilities I owned in this role included the following: offloaded and received daily shipments into inventory, processed paperwork, drove picker/forklift to pull furniture from warehouse racks, and live loaded furniture on transfer trucks headed to our out of state delivery centers.

Responsibilities I owned in this role included the following: inspected furniture, loaded delivery trucks, navigated delivery route, processed paperwork, drove delivery route, delivered and assembled furniture in the customers home. From 2002 - 2005, I was assigned 4 new hires as my partner where I took on additional responsibilities to train in the new delivery associate. I also worked with the new hires to help them receive their class C drivers license.
