Leveraging over 25 years of experience leading teams in IT, artificial intelligence and digital innovation projects, I am currently the Head of AI Enablement at SKF. My role involves spearheading a team focused on developing, scaling, and replicating AI services and solutions throughout our organization. We collaborate with stakeholders across SKF to ensure our AI initiatives drive value, boost profitability, and are align with SKF’s global strategy.I hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a Master's degree in Communication, both from USP. Additionally, I have earned certificates from MIT in Innovation and Generative AI, as well as Agile methodologies from SAFeAgile. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with leading organizations such as AWS (Amazon Web Services), Microsoft, Sisgraph, Sky, Agnitio, and Natura.My passion for education has driven me to create three pioneering educational projects: “MatériadaHora,” which features 80 Amazon Alexa voice experience classes, "NanoSaber,” a series of short microlearning videos designed to teach Artificial Intelligence and "IA Online Academy," an online school dedicated to teaching Generative Artificial Intelligence to a non-technical audience.
