I began my career working in and out of the E & J Gallo Winery network of Suppliers. There I learned how to sell, manage teams and drive marketing efforts in the competitive Liquor industry. I sold to and merchandized stores ranging from small independent to the largest Grocery Chains in the U.S. selling in partnership to drive profits.After seven years I was contacted by Hasbro Inc. (Parker Brothers) and was asked to join their Key Account Team. After two years I was promoted to Hasbro’s Playskool Division calling on Kmart. Following my years at Hasbro I tried my hand at the Dotcom world; yet after a year-long run at starting my own business, I needed to re-invent. I was asked to join the Gem Group as Director of Sales West/Central US, managing all field sales activity. After five years I was asked to run their overseas import Division, GlobalSolutions. Over eight years I was able to rebrand the department and reach record sales while improving operational performance.In September of 2013 I accepted a job as Sr. Director of Sales for Pacific Marketing International in Seattle , WA to run North American sales and call on major retail accounts. In 2015, I returned to Gemline to Direct the Account Management Team responsible for large program, e-commerce and wholesales accounts. I also was responsible all Canadian sales. My duties included Managing a large staff, developing business plans/strategy and executing to the corporate growth expectation.
