Being an advocate for telehealth professionals by helping to untangle issues pertaining to discrepancies with paychecks. Scheduling employees to be processed for payroll and updating information passed to us from other teams. Tracking issues using a variety of applications and spreadsheets and answering questions pertaining to company policies and procedures. Handling client complaints, collecting and analyzing data, and improving the overall customer experience.

Handled hundreds of guest and member interactions per day, delivering friendly and personalized customer service while facilitating proper dog play, frequently with hundreds of dogs and humans in one open space. Acted as a resource to answer customer dog related questions. Refer customers to Bar K products and services but also provide training tips, outside referrals and if necessary, do research to find answers. Trained new team members over 3 years on providing exceptional customer service and understanding the concept and importance of proper play in an off leash setting, as well as proper use of safety equipment and defusing tense situations between dogs and human customers alike.
