Responsibilities include providing 24X7 support for all HealthQuest applications, making program modifications as necessary to prevent user downtime, and programming modifications to comply with federal and/or state regulations. • Served as a member of a team that supported the McKesson HealthQuest application in a large university setting. Responsibilities included responding to day-to-day user requests, implementing application upgrades, installing federal regulatory changes (DRG Grouper updates), and providing hospital management with reports based on the ongoing support of the application. These included monthly call detail, graphs based on type of call and call volume over a 12-month period. Occasional special reports based on time and/or day of calls were also used to analyze when call volume was likely to increase based on past trends.• Assisted multiple clients in the design and creation of several reports using Crystal Reports. These reports range from simple database extracts to more complex cross-tab and drill-down reports from multiple databases. Also provided knowledge transfer to the client staff so they may gain the skills necessary to produce their own reports in the future. Attended several training sessions to obtain a broader knowledge of the application and the information that can be provided by the reports that are generated.• Lead technical analyst for large University healthcare facility when another facility was acquired.
