  I seized the opportunity to step into the Team Lead role by presenting a comprehensive vision for improvements during a highly competitive hiring process. I was asked to prepare a presentation on a topic of my choosing encompassing what the company is currently not doing well and how I would improved upon it. I took the challenge on and outlined strategies and solutions, ultimately securing the position. In addition to continuing my previous recruitment responsibilities, my current role involves data analysis, assistance with team management, development of KPIs, training and development, and proactive problem-solving.Noteworthy projects under this role include optimizing Microsoft Office usage, implementing useful automations and I enhanced both the sourcer and recruiter dashboards within the ATS, setting a new standard for the entire Talent Acquisition team.Remaining adaptable, I seamlessly transitioned to meet company needs by shifting focus from supporting the financial industry to the automotive sector. In this diverse role, I lead recruitment efforts for engineers, mechanics, sales professionals, and various corporate roles.
