I am a purpose-driven engineering professional, with an education in water resources and extensive experience in fast-paced, technologically-sophisticated environments in the energy and software sectors. I am an empathetic leader, mentor, collaborator, knowledge sharer and communicator who supports colleagues and clients in achieving their goals. I am an innovative problem solver with a high degree of learnability. I have been praised for my technical literacy, business acumen, mitigating conflict, harmonizing priorities among disparate stakeholders and lifting teams.The outdoors calls to me and spending time with family and friends is important to me. I love hiking, skiing, biking, hockey, music, visiting museums, playing games and traveling to experience new cultures, cuisines, languages and regions or just hanging out at the cottage and building scale models. I have been a long-time volunteer for the Society of Petroleum Engineers Canadian Education Foundation, Crescent Heights Community Association, Calgary Board of Education, and Families & Schools Together. I am perpetually curious, always striving to learn, and have completed courses in astronomy, management, ecology, anthropology, biomechanics and engineering law.
