I am currently on the Training Development Team at Woodward Inc. My responsibilities include training new members going to an Operations role, creating offline training to support Operations needs, certifying members to independently run processes, train existing members on print reading, GD&T, gage use and inspection techniques, evaluate new technology to train CNC controls and some design of parts and fixtures used for training. Before joining the Training Development Team in 2017, I worked in parts manufacturing as a CNC machinist where I helped train new operators, helped with troubleshooting, helped create process documentation, and helped edit CNC programs for both vertical mills and lathes.
