In 2010 The Summit began as an informal meet-up of 450 tech enthusiasts in Dublin. In October 2013 10,242 attendees came from all over the globe including business leaders from Google, Microsoft, Box and over 60% of the Fortune 500. My role at The Summit was to drive ticket sales through online advertising through platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Adroll, Google Adwords, Google Display Network, Taboola and Outbrain to name a few. During my time at The Web Summit the number of attendees grew from just under 4,000 in 2012 to 10,242 in 2013, with delegates attending from over 85 countries. I guess creating a Facebook ad for every country from Ireland to The Ivory Coast works!

Property claims handler for OSG Loss Adjusters. Dealing with claims from notification of loss right through to negotiation and final settlement.My main functions include taking notification of claims, managing claims and issuing final settlement.I must adhere to strict guidelines of the claim process andI am also entrusted a number of subsidiary tasks such as training and development of team members, designing of training documents, managing and maintaining numerous excel spreadsheets.

During my period of employment with OSG (Outsource Services Group), I was a key member in the Motor and Household Insurance section within the Business Solutions department, working for the RSA department. I dealt with a number of Insurance Brokers catering for all their client’s needs. My roles included providing quotations, processing new business, issuing documentation and altering and deleting accounts throughout the year.
