Heads and 10 Managers and Foreman)Plant output – 40,000 meters of denim fabric per day• Reviewed then existing system and carried out suitable changes in Quality System along with working on the project to expand manufacturing capacity • Started working as Manufacturing Manager (from Jan. 04 to Dec.04). During that period capacity increased adding one Slasher dyeing range and 30 Air jet looms • From Jan.2005 onward, started looking after complete manufacturing activities of the plant along with Utilities and Quality Assurance functions
