Manage, perform and design systems of Accounting for 5 interrelated business entities, maintain requirements for federal certifications, oversee all office administrative functions and ensure legal and certification requirements are met.

• Responsible for all Human Resource functions of the Organization including training, professional development, compensation and benefits administration, and ensuring that the numbers of personnel and training are sufficient to delivering the services of the program.• Responsible for all Accounting division functions including A/R, A/P, Purchasing, Reconciliations, Reconciliation of Client Trust Account, Internal Audits, Financial Controls, Financial Reporting and Organizational Budgeting.• Oversight of the Facilities management of an 80,000 Square Ft Building and 55 outlying buildings, housekeeping and kitchen (producing 3 meals a day), contracting and subcontracting labor as needed and security of all.• Management of as many as 6 direct reports with an additional 30+ personnel.• Responsible for Employee relations, grievance resolution, setting standards of Ethical codes of conduct, performance monitoring and Statistical Analysis of Personnel and Production.• Legal Compliance of all Laws and Regulations pertaining to the responsibilities above.

Primarily managed all aspects of bookkeeping, records for hiring and promotion and advertising. This included Marketing plan to introduce a new service and promotion plans for the existing services from conception to execution.

8 Years Controller/Advisory Council Chairman:• Full fiscal responsibility for planning and directing all accounting division operations and team procurement including compliance with GAAP, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Reconciliations, Reconciliation of Client Trust Accounts, Internal Audits, Financial Controls, Financial Reporting (Internal and External) and Organizational Budgeting. Trained finance and accounting personnel from other centers both nation-wide and internationally .Performed monthly and annual [internal] audits of all accounts and accounting systems, including maintenance and reconciliation of funds held in trust; consulted with CPAs for successful annual Certified Audit.• Chaired mid-management level Advisory Council charged with Financial Management of the non-profit.
