Impact Management And Monitoring Specialist
Current- Supports the analysis of anticipated development impacts of proposed DFC projects prior to commitment. - Conducts research on the project country's socioeconomic context (e.g., income inequality and/or poverty rates, demographic trends, sustainability goals, etc.) to draft and develop clearance documents.- Evaluates potential developmental impacts of each project, including those impacts on target population, local employment, infrastructure, market, technology/knowledge, innovation, among others.- Identifies appropriate metrics to capture the potential development impact of each project, following DFC's Impact Quotient (IQ) methodology and guidelines together with research, and works with DFC's impact specialists, origination teams, and project teams to identify corresponding baseline impact metrics and projected future impacts.- Supports DFC's 2X gender inclusion initiative, including assessing projects for 2X certification and participating in broader efforts to mainstream gender in DFC's investment approach.- Piloted impact due diligence travel at DFC, collaborating with environmental and social risk and evaluations specialists.
