As a Partner, Director and Head of Operations at NBRS my focus is on the development of systems that support the efficient delivery of projects. This strategic implementation guides the growth of NBRS and assists with the creation of high quality architectural solutions. During this period I led the implementation of Deltek Vantagepoint as an organisation wide SaaS ERP, and UKG Workforce Ready as HRIS to serve as a scalable data platform supporting the metrics needed to grow the business. I also led IT and BIM teams to consider the integration of data systems to drive project outcomes alongside business outcomes.In addition, this role brought significant experience in delivering for large scale Public Private Partnership procurement, and working with Government on a range of projects with strategic policy implications.
