Experienced in Semiconductors and Nuclear Power. Primary equipment is ASM EPI .Applied Materials: EPI, PVD, ETCH, RTP, OPAL, ORBOT, WCVD, HDP, and CMP systems. Other duties included calibrating and repairing or replacing turbo molecular vacuum pumps, robotics, RF and DC power supplies, AC power, mass flow controllers, RS-232 communications, digital analog signals, and provide training for peers and customer’s Technicians. I have served as a regional product specialist for Epitaxial Reactors (EPI) and most recently served in the Grass Roots Safety Committee. My most recent experience with Applied Materials was supporting their complete line of Solar Equipment line with installations and repairs.Experience gained from previous employers include: Microsoft Office Applications, operation of Machine Shop Industrial Equipment such as Shears, Press Brake, Sanders, Drill Press, Spot Welder, Poly Welding, light Metal Welding, and applying military specification and schematics to assemble communication shelters. I also supported a manufacturing environment by installing Network Cabling, Routers, Hubs, Computer Repairs, and end user support with DOS and Windows operating systems. I have had training in Chemical Handling, spill cleanups, self contained breathing apparatus, Poisonous Gases, and Hazardous Waste Disposal.I served in the Military during Desert Storm supporting a Combat Engineering company constructing fuel lines, storage tanks, and prison camps using heavy equipment such as Cranes, Backhoes, and large Trucks. I was trained in commercial and residential plumbing pipe fitting. In my free time I enjoy installing surround systems, networks, and communication systems in homes. I also enjoy the outdoors hunting and fishing.
