I'm seeking to challenge myself and grow through new experiences. My education and professional tenure have given be a broad range of software development knowledge (technical, personal, and process oriented) that I aim to leverage in new environments to help establish a progressive development cycle. As Scrum Master I recognized the importance of practices which emphasize delivering value through clean, maintainable, code and cohesive processes that reinforce predictability and accountability of all participating parties.As a developer, I've become familiar with a wide range of technologies and principles conducive to reliably delivering business value. Comprehensive testing is of paramount importance to any project, as such I have gained thorough experience with a wide range of testing technologies; ranging from simple TDD via Junit and Mockito to full integration tests with Selenium. From design to implementation to maintenance, my resume shows that I have the fundamentals and exposure to make educated decisions, or recognize and research areas of potential interest when challenged beyond my comfort zones.
