Since June 1st, 2021, I have had the pleasure of working on the Advanced Service team within Software Implementation. For about 3 years I functioned as a Software Implementation Specialist. This role involved weekly travel on a national scale that took me to so many states and introduced me to hundreds of people. Since May of 2024 I have earned the role of Advanced Service Supervisor. I oversee a team of software trainers and primarily handle the customer orders that are located within the 6 states of Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Colorado, Arizona, and Utah. Software Implementation is part of the customer-facing side of the company and tasks us with training car dealership personnel in most efficiently using our ERA-IGNITE dealership management system. A career like this has been perfect for someone like myself who appreciates working directly with people, fast-paced work environments, and a steady flow of challenges that demand strong problem-solving and innovative skills. Most importantly, it has presented me with many opportunities to prove myself as a leader. Reynolds is a fantastic organization, and one that I am proud to call my employer and professional home.I successfully graduated Summa Cum Laude in May, 2021 from the University of Houston with a BBA in Management Information Systems and a minor in Human Resource Management. My experience with C.T. Bauer College of Business was exceptional and could not have done a better job in preparing me for the career I have began.My goal is to continuously improve my technical and personal skills with every day on the job, and to persistently seek out and overcome new challenges. I wish to grow within the company and establish a permanent home from which I can further my reputation and impact. I look forward to all that the future has in store.
