Working in the housing industry for 12 years, I have experience with a wide scope of property transactions and related tax, environment and planning matters. I predominately acted for National and regional Registered Providers (RPs) of Social Housing, house builders, private developers and public bodies on their land acquisition for development, delivery and management of housing stock. I have built an expertise for strategic planning and complex transactions, including a large South West regeneration project, the use of Option Agreements and Purchase Contracts conditional upon planning consents, Joint Ventures, Golden Brick deals and Section 106 and other planning agreements.I have gained a specialism in rural housing projects, acting for Community Land Trusts (CLT) and have also acted for a commercial real estate investor's managing the sale and purchase of its portfolio of housing stock based in Chelsea & Knightsbridge.
