Investigator on Thermoplastic Acoustic Inner Barrel Trade Study • Develop a baseline for the current Acoustic Inlet Inner Barrel – 737MAX AIB• Current VSM for AIB- layup, core adhesion, final assembly• Identify opportunities for recurring cost reduction- material or process change• Study differences in ADC and BCW VSMs- varying materials and processes• Develop alternatives to AIB baseline (core material and fab, facesheet material and fab, septa configuration) with input from BR&TInvestigator on Resin Infused Fan Cowl Trade Study• Develop a working knowledge of composite materials, both baseline and trade alternative• Conclude trade study containing 777X, NMA, and FSA alternatives• Present a positive business case for resin infusion in fan cowl and compact nacelle components• Coordinate calls and meetings across business groups and locations, including BR&T Australia and Charleston, SC• Engage PD, ME, and Tech support to baseline NMA compact nacelle configuration• Report out to PD management outlining the results of the trades performedLead Automation Benchmark Survey• Support PD management in surveying current automation practices • Communicate with BCW, Supplier Management, ATFs, MEs, and contracted suppliers to understand production steps on all BCA programs• Baseline nacelle production practices for future PD tradesIntern AC&I Project• Define and assess two NMA families of airplanes to serve upper end of middle-of-market market space• Requirements & assumptions definition, configuration definition for two families, performance assessment of both families• Support the propulsion team with engine sizing, nacelle installation and integration• Gain exposure to a multi-functional design team: Flight Sciences (High Speed Aero, Loads, Noise, Weights), Propulsion, Interiors, Payloads, AC&I, Airframe

• Participate in cadaveric research studies supporting implant product development • Use anatomical knowledge to dissect cadaveric tissue in preparation of specimens for mechanical testing• Coordinate with research and product development teams cross-country (Parsippany, Jacksonville)• Plan, execute and document mechanical tests and other tests assigned to the Mechanical Test Lab• Perform data reduction and analysis, prepares clear, detailed, technically correct test protocols & reports, and contribute to engineering analysis of mechanical failure modes• Gain working knowledge of servo-hydraulic mechanical test frames and associated software
