I taught a personal success class to at risk students. Topics include goal-setting, conflict resolution, time and stress management and study skills. I also worked on developing test taking skills, reading comprehension and writing skills.

During my internship with Men In Crisis I co-lead both men and women’s counseling groups. In 90 minutes session we would explore with clients the choices they had made that brought them into the program and help them understand and develop methods to make better choices in the future. Specific topics included goal setting, parenting skills, decision making, anger management skills, and conflict resolution skills.

At Whirlpool I provided customer service to Whirlpool trade partners. Using systems, applications and products in Data Processing Program (SAP) I would create and confirm trade partner purchase orders and researching inventory and product pricing discrepancies. Utilizing real time business data I would research and determine the root cause of issues and correct them before they escalated.I received multiple awards for providing quality customer service.
