Working in the field of Information Technology gained me an experience on process improvement or re-engineering initiatives through process automation, structure redesign, and streamline of work process. As well as good understanding in project management through start-up projects. Skilled in analyzing client specifications and requirements as well as develop comprehensive workflow for new projects.As a Technical Supervisor and Group Lead, I have managed three groups with different specialization (XML Dev't, Template Dev't, and PDF Dev't) as well as handled project management that covers new build, process improvement, and system enhancement . I have the ability to work independently, with good leadership and communication skills. Able to make decisions in a timely manner and according to approved level of authority.As a Specialist, I have been able to set-up and managed production group (Typesetter, Layout Checker, and QA) in an offshore location to assist with the layout production. Worked on a project initiative that have improved the system's function and restructured the production process resulting into elimination of production processes, increased in productivity, reduction of manpower, and a cost saving.
