Through my work on large-scale climate risk management projects, I coordinated long-term hydraulic engineering experiments, analyzing river-delta processes to assess vulnerabilities to climate-driven events like rising sea levels and extreme weather. Spearheading a consortium, I developed a grain-size fining model using 3-D data to predict flood risks, erosion, and sediment loss—crucial elements in climate risk assessment. These findings contributed to securing government funding for coastal restoration projects, integrating scientific data into practical solutions for mitigating climate risks in vulnerable coastal regions

Estimated potential of a reservoir in an active site in Egypt using data from over 100 wells. Developed conceptual models to estimate reservoir connectivity, by collaborating with Reservoir Engineers to strategically plan two new well locations using uncertainty analysis.
