The second Assistant Manager provides help to the store manager with store operations; including but limited to: taking full responsibility of marking down inventory, or price changing according to company weekly updates, maintaining and merchandising certain departments, training new hires or assigning responsibilities to other associates per day, handling returns, exchanges, and customer conflicts by following company guidelines and also being responsible for opening, closing, and recovery of the store.
