Working in the Supply Chain Finance Faculty to develop research, publications and events around the topics of supply chain and supply chain finance. Interested in developing research connecting the physical and financial flows of the supply chain. Currently focused on the relationship between geology and supply chain management in the field of critical raw materials.

Working closely with banks, fintech's an academics to understand their use of Supply Chain Finance and recognising trends and patterns that are emerging globally.Bringing in sponsorship and managing the operations and development of events and the SCF Awards in large cities around the world.Developing new research ideas and working on the production of new publications, videos, interviews and other products for the community.

Lecturing: Co-teaching the Inclusive and Self- Reflective Leader to 2nd Year Bachelor's students of the GPCM Bachelor's Programme. We discuss, race, stereotyping, and micro-aggressions. Students are given a space to reflect on their implicit associations and intercultural maturity and to define learning goals based on the reflection.

Internship Councelling: Working with students to help develop their Bachelor's thesis and internships. Providing them with the tools, feedback, advice and methodologies for developing their research into tangible products. Coordinating between in-company mentors, students, examiners and counselors to manage the several assignments and products required for the successful completion of the bachelor's thesis'.

Promoting accessible skill-based alternative sharing and learning opportunities, with a focus on sustainability, inclusivity and regeneration.

The Bright Minds Assistantships are awarded to 6 students from the faculty of geosciences (>300 masters studesnts) every semester at Utrecht University, based on merit. Students who are selected have an opportunity to work on current research being conducted in the university and experience life as a researcher. I worked within the Marine Palynology and Paleoceanography group. My focus was on tracing and understanding the West Antarctic ice sheet movements during the Late Miocene, within the Ross Sea using dinoflagellate cysts. The study included preparation of samples and slides, analysis of the slides and basic statistical analysis and first-order inferences.

Employee Management and Administration. Organization of billing systems, quotations, and transitioning the format for both as per updated tax reforms. Assisting with the financial and material transactions of the business. Maintaining correspondence with clients, sometimes as an onsite supervisor.
