• Responsible for the end to end recruitment process up to on-boarding of candidates• Accountable for the delivery of candidates to meet the recruiting demand• Understand skills profiles within area of responsibility• Sourcing by using internal, personal database, internet sites and referrals to source active and passive candidates• Screen and select application of candidates• Conduct phone and personal interviews• Participate in recruitment and sourcing activities• Ensure all paperwork is received and completed according to policy• Conduct and distribute reports on a regular basis and special reports on request, identify issues and recommend actions• Facilitates the completion of the candidate assessment by scheduling candidates for interviews

- Assist the Marketing and Recruitment team in sourcing qualified candidates for IT manpower requirements- Responsible in paper screening and phone assessment- Responsible in end to end recruitment of IT programmer trainees from paper screening up to onboarding- Tap the existing work force for referrals. - Monitoring absences/tardiness of consultants and correspondingly informing superior of infractions, especially repeat offenders- Ensure that all daily time records (DTR) are submitted on time properly signed by clients- Check if consultants have any problems at work site. Act as liaison between consultants and Marketing Officers- Maintain records of attendance and payroll in order to compare them with actual billing statements- Conduct scheduled visits to consultants or make occasional calls to them- Undertake all administrative/clerical tasks required in the process of getting new consultants or renewing existing consultants- Monitoring of expiring contracts and those for salary increases- Undertake intelligence work on competitors present at client site including their consultants
