Currently, I work mostly on the customer service side, balancing the scale between customer satisfaction and company protocols. I have dealt with people from all walks of life with different quirks and personalities. Also, I have the pleasure of working with a great team of people who consider each other family. These experiences have helped mold me into the person that I am today, compassionate, a team player, and with a thirst for new knowledge and learning. I believe learning should be continuous and I welcome the challenge of tomorrow. I am working to enhance my language and communication skills by studying different languages which I hope to be able to use in future endeavors.
