I was responsible for design, fabrication and implementation of a micro-spectroscopic imaging modality for material characterisation. Here, I designed and fabricated a set-up capable of carrying out confocal microscopy and perform the spectroscopic analysis using a laser source of the same sample. I tested the set-up to benchmark its capabilities and made it ready for prototyping.
