He has led large transformation outsourcing engagements for clients in various industries, such as petrochemicals, consumer packaged goods, retail and distribution, telecom, and financial services. He has also skillfully implemented a post-merger integration strategy in one of the largest acquisitions in the Indian IT industry worth $580 million. Fazal holds a bachelor's degree in computer sciences and engineering and a postgraduate diploma in general management from XLRI, Jamshedpur. He is also a certified leader from MIT Sloan School of Management, with insights on critical thinking and cognitive flexibility.
