I embossed documents for community and agency use. In addition, I was involved with our tech instruction program for community members who are not sponsored by the New York State Commission for the Blind and Visually Handicapped. This is a program in which individuals can receive short term training on Apple iOS devices from an instructor who has knowledge of the accessibility features of the device. I have also conducted asessments on websites and agency databases to determine the accessibility of these programs with adaptive technology.

I conducted assessments to determine an individual's adaptive technology needs for work or school. I also provided keyboarding instruction to individuals who needed these skills.

I provided instruction in all areas of vision rehabilitation therpay to clients.

I evaluated online courses for accessibility with assistive technology. I also conducted in services for faculty and staff on how to work effectively with students who are blind or visually impaired. In addition, I developed tutorials on how to use Web CT with screen reading technology.
