• Minimise time and cost to deliver work and maximise utilisation of Business Unit assets and resources
• Improvement Projects which included Capex Governance and Budget Reallocation Process for improved Reporting and Control.

Winchester

• Reporting to Satellite & Media Finance Director 1 Direct Report
• Finance Business Partnering Role responsible for the Financial Control and Governance of Operational and Capital Expenditure and Projects for the Business Unit
• Budget and Forecast Process
• Monthly risk and opportunity process for financial forecasting.
• Supported Senior Management in the costings of new structure in the Business Unit
• Established governance around time recording and analysis of billable, expense and capital project spend to help enable management to focus on labour utilisation

• Reporting to Financial Controller Business Operations
• Finance Business Partnering Role supporting the Engineering and Project Teams
• Budget and Forecast Process
• Development of Capital, Operational Expenditure, Headcount Reporting and Resource Planning Model

• Support the budget and forecast process
• Internal and external estimate at completion reports, including detailed analysis by site and customer
• Preparation of regulatory audit files and Balance sheet reconciliations

• Year End Accounts, Corporation Tax Returns and VAT Returns for some clients.
• Transactional (Sales, Purchase, General Ledgers and Payroll) and Management Accounting for clients who have outsourced their accounting function.

• Support the development and production of new management reporting for the Management Board
• Support the Budget and Forecast process and reporting for Group and Divisional FDs
• Support production of Full year and interim reports for CFO to present to City Analysts
• Divisional Balanced Scorecard development
• Support the testing of new group consolidation and reporting software

• Reporting to the Stock Finance Manager 1 Direct Report
• Support Profit Protection Team with Financial Analysis of weekly Stock Loss Results by store
• Development of Budget and Forecasting Models by store
• Reconciliation of store count to count period with Financial period
• Investigate abnormal stock loss results

Andover

• Reporting to the Company Accountant
• Financial support for all Corporate functions (including HR, IT and Finance)
• Support the Budget and Forecasts process including the CFO/CEO reviews
• Cost analysis on travel and recruitment resulting in new travel and recruitment policies
• Working with Financial Services team on the implementation of On-line expenses, E-procurement and Inter-company recharging policy
