Having studied Music Technology at university Iβve learnt on the job. Firstly making basic content, HTML and CSS changes, then moving into software working in multiple languages - PHP, Perl, Python, Ruby and JavaScript. Now a leader, I have led many and multiple teams in different business scenarios.Formatively, my 7 years as CTO at Formisimo accelerated my growth and development surmounting the challenges start ups face. I reported to investors and pitched for funding; I hired a brand new team and formed our ways of working; I developed product strategies and led with a technical vision. All this whilst remaining close to the raw commercials of a growing funded start up. I learned so much.I was then fortunate enough to have the opportunity to take these learnings and apply them in larger organisations via my time with Infinity Works now Next Gen Engineering. Here I met a vast array of amazing colleagues and clients and developed a network of immeasurable value. Again, I learned so much.Iβm now looking for my next role. Iβm looking for the chance to help people maximise their impact. Iβd like to coach individuals and guide teams on their ways of working. I want to lead them towards their maximum potential for sustained high impact.
