 while leading, negotiating and co-coordinating a network of discipline specialists and internal staff members to deliver commercial transactions over mineral assets within the Latin America region.Key to the role is aligning commercial strategy to exploration strategy. - Extensive range of network contacts within the exploration and mining industry - Planning and managing the execution of exploration activities within the Company's exploration and development projects.- Ability to lead by example to safety standards and build a culture of safe work is fundamental. Experience;- Desktop evaluation, field exploration (mapping and sampling) and drilling. Computer literacy including GIS software, and a high level of written and verbal communication skills. - Undertaken frequent periods of time in remote work locations.

New Project generation - focus on entry, strategy and commercial valuation. I initiated and led the New Project Generation team during which time I spent extended periods of time, up to 2 months on the ground in Colombia assessing opportunities. I have been involved in all parts of project acquisition identification, due diligence, negotiation, contractual agreement and inital exploration. Additionally my position required me to be part of capital and debit raisings, road shows, conferences, and investor/media relations for the company. I presented to shareholders and investment groups on opportunities for investment in the company.

Responsible for designing and implementing regional exploration campaigns through to specific target and resource drill out projects. Report writing, tenement management environmental and social engagement. Trafford Resources invested in Robust at the same time moving myself over to manage the exploration. A million ounce deposit, I was involved in the discovery and delineation of the Project, target generation, field mapping, diamond drill rig supervision, and managing/training large groups of national Indonesian field crews. The Project area was located on a very remote Indonesian island, which required 3 days travel to access which meant extended periods of time of up to 6 weeks were spent on the ground.Projects: Indonesia, East Banda Arc -Epithermal Au/Ag/Pb/Zn/Cu-Porphyry Cu/Au
