Add all new art to a shared Art Reference Drive, and organize materials into categorized folders (Locations, Characters, Props, etc). Create a folder with all relevant reference art for each sequence artists are launched on. - Take detailed notes to distribute immediately after story and edit meetings.- Handle the Layout department calendar, anticipating scheduling needs and accomodating for urgent requests and cancelations. Communicate with other departments to coordinate schedules for meetings.- File and track RRs in Shotgrid. Check in with artists to ensure they have all information and materials needed to complete assigned tasks.- Build playlists for review meetings in Shotgrid. Check in with artists for their latest materials to review.- Keep track of, organize, and distribute notes for all shots, ensuring artists are up to date on director requests and most current needs.- Organize and facilitate morale events for a mostly virtual team. -
