Programs developed and managed include:The HHS Ignite AcceleratorGave selected teams 3 months of training and coaching to help take an idea to a tested-prototype through iterative customer engagements. Trainings were on lean startup, design thinking, data-driven decision-making, and other project management methodologies.The HHS Ventures FundGave selected teams methodological coaching, strategic guidance, and up to 100k and 15 months of support to take their idea from tested-prototype to implemented solution.These programs were highlighted in President Obama’s 2016 proposed budget to Congress. Oversaw a $2 million annual budget to stand-up both public facing and client-facing digital services (websites, data-transfer portals, internal communications tools, etc). Worked at nexus of front-end design and development, enterprise IT, communications, policy, and general office operations. Leveraged modern design approaches and newer technologies in this position, working with various CIO and CISO governance structures to ensure compliance and risk management while still pushing the envelope.
