• Executing service delivery plans and address service utilization and disconnects in the Employment Program of BC• Evaluate and improve the effective use of policy, risk management and control processes• Support lower mainland teams to ensure Employment Program of BC performance standards are met including outcomes, key performance indicators and data quality• Proactively look for service and support opportunities for unemployed individuals and employers on the Lower Mainland• Develop strategies to increase participation of specialized populations in the Employment Program of BC• Ensure the organizational effectiveness of the delivery of the Employment Program of BC in GT Hiring Solutions Catchments of Burnaby and Chilliwack• Work in collaboration with the employment service centre managers to ensure contract compliance and required outcomes are achieved on a consistent and timely basis• Working with GTHS management team to contribute to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices

Responsible for developing connections with the employer community, keeping abreast with current local labour market information, assisting clients in finding employment and employers with finding employees. Use LMI knowledge and local employer expertise to support clients in using the Wage Subsidy Program, and the general client population of the Employment Services Centres. Set up events such as Job Fairs and employer forums to aid in the marketing of the Centre and the services provided to job seekers and employers. Liaise with local Service Providers to share information about all services within the community

Responsible for providing overall leadership in the restaurant - recognizing and motivating all management and team members; coaching and training the team in order to achieve operational excellence. Ensured restaurant team maintained the highest possible level of customer service. Developed and communicated an action plan to achieve productivity targets (inventory control, labour costs, etc.) for the restaurant. Control profit and loss by ensuring management team follows cash control/security procedures, maintains inventory, manages labour, reviews financial reports. Prepared all required financial plans/reports. Ensured maintenance of equipment, facility and grounds . Reviewed P&L for accuracy and paid vendor invoices. Ensured a safe and healthy work environment
