As the founder and CEO of Portages Health, I lead a team of mental health and wellbeing visionaries, adventurers, explorers, trailblazers, outfitters, and guides who care passionately about empowering people to achieve optimal mental health and wellbeing. With over 25 years of experience as a child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist and pediatrician, I have a unique and holistic perspective on how to integrate behavioral health into primary and specialty healthcare, and how to leverage technology to enhance access, quality, and outcomes.I have created and developed Portages™, a personalized and holistic solution that combines digital tools, coaching, and therapy to help individuals overcome stress, anxiety, depression, and substance abuse, and to build resilience and vitality.
