Everland was set to be a 145-acre Art Park & Eco-Retreat located 50 minutes SW of Denver, CO, designed to break down daily barriers and foster collective imagination and connection through art installations, unique accommodations, mesmerizing zones, venues, outdoor recreation, and open exploration. While pursuing our permits to open Everland we successfully opened and operated the Sanctuary of the Inner Compass Retreat Center, hosting thousands of guests over three years. However, due to a range of obstacles such as the economy, permitting delays, local resistance, and rising costs, we made the difficult decision to close Everland's doors at the end of 2022.•Led the management and submission of permitting and USR applications with the Douglas County Community Development Office and 15 state and local agencies, ensuring compliance with regulations and codes for our Cultural Facility & Campground permitting application. •Hired and coordinated with consultants including engineers (civil, traffic, septic, water) as well as forestry, trail, parking, and many other experts overseeing site development designs and resource planning. •Directed the planning and execution of 1M in capital land improvements, overseeing aspects from approving designs and timelines to contract negotiation, payments, and contractor management.•Maintained communication with a variety of stakeholders to ensure clear objectives and address issues in a timely manner.•Oversaw brand identity and brand management maintaining messaging and visual elements to ensure consistency across all channels and touchpoints.

NEST Tulum - A twelve-room boutique hotel and a private villa located on one of the most beautifulstretches of the Mexican Caribbean. NEST is celebrated for its natural simplicity as well as its high attention to detail, service, and excellent food offerings.•Managed hotel opening from initial inception through the point at which we were fully operating•Responsible for reservation and event sales consistently exceeding 90% occupancy rates•Implemented all operating policies, client contracts, PMS/online systems, and guest relations details. •Created job descriptions, trained hospitality staff, and built vendor partnerships.•Built media and marketing partnerships, oversaw website, press kits, photoshoots, event, and visitor info. overseeing NEST brand quality control.
