However, due to a range of obstacles such as the economy, permitting delays, local resistance, and rising costs, we made the difficult decision to close Everland's doors at the end of 2022.•Led the management and submission of permitting and USR applications with the Douglas County Community Development Office and 15 state and local agencies, ensuring compliance with regulations and codes for our Cultural Facility & Campground permitting application. •Hired and coordinated with consultants including engineers (civil, traffic, septic, water) as well as forestry, trail, parking, and many other experts overseeing site development designs and resource planning. •Directed the planning and execution of 1M in capital land improvements, overseeing aspects from approving designs and timelines to contract negotiation, payments, and contractor management.•Maintained communication with a variety of stakeholders to ensure clear objectives and address issues in a timely manner.•Oversaw brand identity and brand management maintaining messaging and visual elements to ensure consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
