For the last 10 years I have operated Metro Buses and Light Rail Trains for Sound Transit and King County. My primary duty was to transport the public along our 25-mile rail alignment and servicing 19 stations of light rail. I was also a line instructor to new trainees for the light rail alignment. I have operated both Kinkyshario and Siemens link light rail trains as well as 30-, 40-, and 60-foot articulated buses for King County Metro transit. I am a quick learner, effective trainer, and an easy-going gal that can be assertive where needed but helps friends and co-workers feel empowered while also being at ease in my company. I enjoy working independently toward the team directives, and I like resolving issues as they arise. I am a process-based thinker who is empathetic, thoughtful, unbiased, and a priority streamliner who gets things done. My goal is to obtain a position that allows me to grow and learn with an organization that is stable, has room for advancement and offers great benefits. Currently I am interested in expanding my career options and would consider relocating to Florida, Colorado, or North Carolina if given the opportunity.
