I was a Senior Landman that managed all land work for three subsidiary companies with assets located primarily in Wyoming, Oklahoma, and Texas. I negotiated and drafted various land contracts and agreements, monitored and responded to well proposals, supported the drilling program, completed numerous projects, communicated with regulatory agencies, and was involved in the acquisition and divestiture process.

I was responsible for a wide range of land duties associated with drilling wells in western Oklahoma, including: acquisition of mineral interests; working with brokers and landmen at other companies to facilitate lease acquisitions and farmout agreements; drafting and interpreting various contracts; coordinating surface damages and right-of-way; overseeing all applications and hearings with the Oklahoma Corporation Commission; and working alongside engineers and geologists to analyze the geological and economical feasibility of prospects.

I performed title research, negotiated contracts, and worked with the technical team to evaluate long-term strategical planning. I performed title curative, and I worked with title attorneys and abstractors to review title and order title opinions as needed.
