Marketing Specialist
CurrentSupporting the Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations by leading impactful brand and public relations initiatives, company-wide rebrands, market expansion campaigns, association marketing, and partner collaborations in hospitality, multifamily, senior living, and safety solutions.Responsibilities:- Driving international brand awareness by crafting and executing targeted campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including organic and paid social marketing, trade publications, media pitches, and content creation.- Developing proactive media releases, thought leadership content, and social media materials to enhance brand presence and engage target audiences.- Strengthening industry partnerships by collaborating with major hotel brands and nonprofits, advocating for industry standards, and supporting safety and empowerment initiatives.- Creating branded communication materials, such as press releases, marketing collateral, newsletters, and email campaigns to ensure consistent messaging and brand compliance.- Preparing communication strategies for product launches, market expansion, trade shows, and promotional events, aligned with the company’s corporate mission and global growth objectives.- Monitoring and reporting on marketing performance metrics, including digital results, consumer insights, website analytics, and partnership engagement.- Creating, pitching, and disseminating public relations materials—news releases, press kits, articles, speeches, and reports—designed to reinforce brand authority and establish thought leadership.- Writing regular content such as blog posts and industry-specific white papers and case studies that educates and builds trust within the hospitality and multifamily sectors.
